The Rev. John Fritschner to be with St. David's in February & March

The Reverend John Fritschner will be returning to St. David’s in February and March to give Father Mike some much needed respite.

Father John will be here for three 10-day visits; February 3-13, February 24 until March 6, and March 17-27. He will arrive in Cheraw on Friday and depart on Monday a week later each time. Father John will cover St. Bartholomew’s in Hartsville as well as St. David’s for Sunday services, and will also provide assistance for Lenten activities and church and school operations while he is here. He will be staying in Cheraw and plans to conduct numerous pastoral visits, so please contact the church office if you wish to schedule a visit from him.

Father Mike will continue to serve as priest-in-charge for both churches and will be available for emergencies; however, Father John’s presence will allow him to take a much needed break from his current schedule. He will conduct regular services and hold office hours during the breaks within Father John’s visitation schedule and will resume his normal schedule afterward.
